Shmuel Gov joined Negevtech after serving as COO of the USR Holding Group.

Prior to that Mr. Gov held the Position of Vice President of Finance and Operation of Orbotech's Printed Circuit Board Division. In 2001 located in China served as Finance and Operation Manager of Orbotech's Chinese Branch. Before that Mr. Gov served as Vice President of Customers Support, Finance and Operations of Orbotech's Flat Panel Display Division. Also, Mr. Gov served in different Customer Support and Operations roles with Orbotech Inc (USA).

Mr. Gov holds a degree in Electronics and Business administrations.
